No. Telko Manager® reads network data from your OSS KPI repository. Our software does not require port mirroring or any special devices (such as probes) to intersect signalling or traffic.
We provide a site license related to the number of cells being monitored during a year; what's more, we don't charge for the number of users. If your company operates in different countries, you need a separate license for each network you have. Note that, license terms allow you to enjoy software updates automatically. If compatibility with more vendors and/or technologies (for instance, 5G) is added, you'll need to pay for a license extension if you want your new cells to be analyzed by Telko Manager® as well.
